Today, the distillery has honed its process and proves its prowess with this stunning 25-year-old single-malt Scotch. It begins its quarter-century journey in American ex-bourbon barrels and finishes it in port pipe casks; the reward for all those years of patience is a remarkable spirit, brimming with vibrant notes of citrus zest with hints of spice and a smooth, chocolatey finish.
