Clase Azul marks 25 years of tequila-making with a limited-edition bottle. The decanter is painted in the label’s signature cobalt blue and embellished with feathered motifs inspired by dandelion seeds being carried on the wind, symbolising the Mexican spirit’s journey across the globe. As for the drink itself, it undergoes an extended fermentation, sharpening the fruity, citrusy notes, before being aged for eight months in American whiskey casks, imparting a rich caramel flavour and an oaky finish.
