Ardbeg 25-year-old single-malt whisky 700ml

Ardbeg is often heralded as the most intensely peated whisky in the world, certainly of all the island malts. So if you have a taste for such, then look no further. The Islay distillery’s latest release, this 25-year-old single malt, is matured in ex-bourbon casks. Non chill-filtered to retain flavour and depth, the resulting dram has notes of hot pepper, sherbet lemon and candied fruits, with a creamy nose of smoked cream, peppermint and toffee plus the signature fennel and pine resin.
