Marrying techniques that are more than a century old with modern, playful prints and cuts, Barrie’s Creative Director Augustin Dol-Maillot is steering cashmere in a streetwear direction. While, at first glance, this jacket might appear to be crafted from denim, it’s actually spun from a cosier blend of fabrics: cashmere and cotton. Shaped to a fitted silhouette, it’s stitched with silver-toned buttons running down the centre that echo the ones on the tops of the chest pockets.
