1. Boil 1 & a half cups of water in a pan (add a slice of fresh ginger here for an extra kick of flavour)
2. Add 1 tablespoon of Monsoon Hills & boil for 3 minutes.
3. Add 1 cup of milk (oat for vegans) & boil for 2 minutes.
4. Strain and serve, add sweetener, sugar or agave nectar as desired.
